DISCOVER THE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GUARANTEED BY WACEBO
The conventional warranty on the Products distributed by Wacebo Europe Srl (Supplier) is 24 (twenty-four)* months in ON CENTER mode.
The warranty is excluded whenever the defect is due to improper use of the Product by the Distributor/Dealer or End-user. The Supplier, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, will not be liable for damages, direct or indirect, or loss of profit due to improper use or inability to use the Products suffered by the Distributor/Dealer himself or by the end-user.
For sales of products made by the distributor to a final consumer, as defined in section 3.1 lett. a) of the consumer code (Legislative Decree 6.9.2005 n.206), the provisions highlighted in sections 128 to 135 of the consumer code must be applied and the warranty must have a duration of two (2) years from the date of shipment to the final consumer of the products. In no case, however, the Supplier will be liable for indirect damages or loss of earnings that the Distributor/Dealer should suffer due to defective products, such as, for example, but not limited to, cancellation of orders, penalties or indemnities of any kind.
If claims or questions are made by customers or third parties, relating to defects or lack of quality of the products, the Distributor/Dealer must refrain, under penalty of forfeiture of this Warranty, from making admissions, acknowledgments or offers of any kind. The Distributor/Dealer will hold the Supplier harmless from any dispute with the end user assuming the obligation to verify in advance the accuracy of the system configuration, its functionality with the applications to be installed, with the operating systems adopted, with the hardware to connect or implement.
The guarantee will not operate, in any case and by way of example, where the following are found:
Wrong methods of storage, conservation and maintenance of the product.
Wrong methods of assembly, installation, configuration.
Tampering or direct attempts to repair or modify the product.
Normal deterioration of the product following its use.
Failure to pay for existing and subsequent supplies by the Distributor/Dealer.
Any requests for assistance or replacement deriving from damage due to transport will be accepted only and exclusively on condition that the delivery document has been "accepted subject to control and verification" and the communication has been made no later than 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Condition valid for insured shipments for which an express request has been made by the Buyer. Otherwise the Supplier is not responsible for damage attributable to the carrier. The Distributor will be entitled to a replacement under warranty within 8 (eight) days from the date of sending the goods to its Dealer (by presenting appropriate supporting documentation).
To request assistance and start an intervention procedure, fill in the RMA request form by sending the request via e-mail to email@example.com together with the proof of purchase (Delivery Note or Invoice). The intervention procedure will be active from the moment the Buyer receives the authorization number via email. Any unauthorized shipments will be returned to the sender.
The products must be packed in their original packaging. In the event that the Purchaser does not have the original packaging, he must ask for instructions on how to prepare the goods for transport (any repackaging costs will be charged upon delivery). Wacebo Europe Srl will not be liable for damage resulting from transport in the event that the material is not properly packaged. Upon receipt of the packages sent, WACEBO customer service manager will compile a detailed list of the contents of the package received and check its physical condition. This list can be communicated to the customer at his request as evidence in the event of a dispute.
On Center Assistance: Shipping costs to the assistance center are borne by Wacebo Europe Srl. The charges for returning the product in any case are borne by the Buyer.
If the product viewed does not fall within the general conditions of assistance under the warranty, the shipping costs for the collection and return of the product and the repair costs will be charged to the Purchaser. The latter will be communicated before the intervention and must be accepted in writing by the Buyer.

If the Purchaser decides not to accept the repair not under warranty, the entire transport costs and the fixed fee for the management of the file and the inspection of € 35.00 + VAT will be charged, to be paid in advance when the product is returned. In the event of non-payment, Wacebo Europe Srl may avail itself of the right of retention of the product, up to the balance of the payment according to the rules in force of the Civil Code Art. 2756.
The warranty will operate exclusively for products purchased from Wacebo Europe Srl Authorized Distributors.
